Creating LAspecs was about filling a void in finding a large selection of high quality designer eyewear that caters to Lafayette's hip and fashion forward customer. Established in 2007, our store may evoke the image of a chic boutique in New York or Los Angeles, but taking a closer look and you are reminded that you are in Lafayette. Black and white photos of famous local landmarks throughout the store capture the essence of Lafayette and serve as reminders that we live, work and play in this wonderful city. Open concept shelving allows customers to pickup glasses and try them on for the perfect fit. Being locally owned and not part of a corporate chain allows us to feature over 600 unique frames from diverse collections such as Gucci, Coach, Versace, Prada, Dolce and Gabbana, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Dior, Bvlgari as well as hot British designer Paul Smith and many more. We are proud to be the exclusive authorized dealer for Ch**el and Chrome Hearts. Our active wear lines include Maui Jim, Oakley and Ray-Ban. Our two experienced opticians on staff, manager Richie Rabalais and assistant manager Linnette Burch provide you with unhurried, one-on-one, personalized service.
